* International Education is co-sponsoring a film screening of "First Lesson in Peace," a film that explores the Jewish-Arab conflict through the eyes of a 6-year-old girl, at 7 p.m. today (Monday, Feb. 7) in 208 Hubbard Hall. * The application deadline for the spring 2011 Student Success Faculty Fellowships was extended to today (Monday, Feb. 7). Fellowship winners will receive a $3,000 stipend for leading an OFDSS Working Group, revising one of their own courses in accordance with the best practices literature, and leading a workshop to share with the campus community what they learned in the course revision process. * Applications are invited for a full time, eight-month position (potentially renewable for another year) as a financial literacy project coordinator. Funded by a federal College Access Challenge Grant and supervised by the Office for Faculty Development and Student Success, the project coordinator will create educational programs and materials to help students new to college and those considering college learn how to pay for a college education and manage money successfully.
