* The Office of the Provost is asking faculty to encourage students enrolled in their classes to participate in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). E-mail messages, with a link to the online survey, will be sent to students starting today (Thursday, Feb. 10) asking for their participation. A final reminder will go out on Tuesday, March 29. In appreciation for participating, WSU will enter all students into a drawing for five gift certificates worth $100 each. * The Office for Faculty Development and Student Success is providing a series of on-demand faculty development webinars through STARLINK. "Teaching to the Whole Brain: Which Side is Paying Attention?" is currently streaming for two weeks as of Monday, Feb. 7.
