* The Tilford Commission has created a new grant for faculty to promote the establishment of more diversity-related courses at WSU. * The next speaker in the Spring 2011 Chemistry Colloquium series is Brian Laird from the University of Kansas at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, in 224 McKinley Hall. The title of his talk is "Modeling CO2 capture in Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks."

* The Tallgrass Film Association has announced the screening of the Wichita premiere of "The Last Survivor" at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, in the CAC Theater. The film, co-presented by the Ulrich Museum of Art, will be preceded by a reception from 4:30-6:15 p.m. at the Ulrich Museum, and producer Samuel Goldberg will attend.
