A Wichita State University women's studies class will hold a videoconference with Kristen Al-Hareedi, WSU alumna in Cairo, Egypt, at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in 524 Lindquist Hall. Media are welcome to attend.

Al-Hareedi received her degree in anthropology and women's studies from WSU, and has been studying in Cairo throughout the Egyptian revolution. She has lived on the front line of the revolution, and will discuss her perspective with Deborah Gordon's women's studies class.
