Bring the kids for Family Day from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at the Ulrich Museum, and participate in artistic activities that encourage peace and understanding. Make and take home your own silkscreen T-shirt, create a collaborative art project, hear a "kid-friendly" poetry slam with members of the Wichita Youth Peace Movement and enjoy refreshments. Family Day activities, which are free and open to the public, are co-sponsored by the Peace and Social Justice Center of South Central Kansas and Youth Peace Movement.
