Notice of nondiscrimination policy revised

President Beggs has approved the following revision to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To address requirements of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). Title II of the Act prohibits employers from requesting, requiring or purchasing genetic information or using it for any employment purposes.
