The 2011 neon celebrate stamp is WSU alumni artist Michael Flechtner's first project for the U.S. Postal Service. The stamp goes on sale Friday, March 25, and the campus post office will do a special pictorial postmark to celebrate the occasion. They will have a limited number of commemorative envelopes to hand out and postmark, or you can bring your own envelope. The campus post office will be able to print the artist picture, if you want, on your No. 10 envelope, and then all you need to do is purchase the stamp.
