Reminders

* The 2011 neon celebrate stamp by WSU alumni artist Michael Flechtner for the U.S. Postal Service goes on sale today (Friday, March 25), and the campus post office will do a special pictorial postmark to celebrate the occasion. They will have a limited number of commemorative envelopes to hand out and postmark, or you can bring your own envelope. The campus post office will be able to print the artist picture, if you want, on your No. 10 envelope, and then all you need to do is purchase the stamp.

* A TIAA-CREF consultant will be available for individual counseling sessions where you can discuss your personal financial situation on a confidential basis on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 5-6, at Wichita State. * Learn the fundamentals of good graphic design and how they relate to the university's new visual identity standards in a workshop presented by Craig Lindeman, director of creative services, and members of the creative services team. "Creative Crash Course: Graphic Design Edition" will be held from 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, in 203 RSC. Participants are asked to submit at least one print piece they have created for an in-class critique to Craig Lindeman, campus box 22 or craig.lindeman@wichita.edu by Wednesday, March 30.
