* The Office of the Provost asks faculty to encourage students in their classes to participate in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). Email messages, with a link to the online survey, were sent to students asking for their participation. A final reminder will go out Tuesday, March 29. In appreciation for participating, WSU will enter all students into a drawing for five gift certificates worth $100 each. For more questions about the project at WSU, contact Richard Muma, associate provost, at 978-5761.
* Please let students know about LeaderShape, an interactive, energizing and unique experience that builds leadership skills. Faculty and staff are used as facilitators. For more information go to http://www.wichita.edu/leadershape.
* Service in the City (SIC) is geared to students who want to volunteer and serve the community, but cannot commit to a long-term project.
