Revisions approved to general purchasing policies

President Beggs has approved the following revisions to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:
14.01/General Purchasing Policies -- http://webs.wichita.edu/inaudit/ch14_01.htm
14.02/Purchases Less Than $5,000 -- http://webs.wichita.edu/inaudit/ch14_02.htm
To put the University in compliance with amendments to K.S.A. 76-769 and Board of Regents policies related to purchasing authority.
