* The 18th Annual Family Carnival: Wild Safari Adventure will be from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at the RSC. Admission is free and nominal ticket prices apply to food and activities. The Student Activities Council has a coupon for free tickets at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?971.
* The Indian Students Association invites faculty, staff and students to celebrate Vasant on Saturday, April 9. Enjoy exciting performances and authentic Indian food. Tickets are $8 for WSU students, and $10 for faculty and staff. * WSU's dance department is hosting the regional American College Dance Festival, whose last two performances are at 7:30 p.m. today (Friday, April 8) and 7 p.m. Saturday, April 9, in Wilner Auditorium. * You are invited to the Yellow and Black Ball at 7 p.m. Friday, April 15, in the RSC Ballroom, hosted by the Student Activities Council Shocker Spirit committee. Tickets must be picked up in advance, and will not be available at the door. Faculty/staff tickets are $2 each, and general public tickets are $3 each. Tickets may be picked up in 219 RSC; cash or check only. Formal attire is encouraged, but not required.
