Ed Auer, assistant professor in Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences and Disorders at the University of Kansas, will make a Department of Psychology Colloquium presentation at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, in 128 Jabara Hall. His talk is titled "More Than Meets the Ear: Speech Perception and Spoken Word Recognition from a Multisensory Perspective." Auer's research interests include human learning and memory, cognitive neuroscience, psycholinguistics, spoken word recognition and speech perception. He is the director of the Perceptual Neuroscience Laboratory at KU.
