Special Collections to host program showcasing digital project

Special Collections is hosting a program to showcase its collaboration in the ground-breaking digital project, "Community and Conflict: The Impact of the Civil War in the Ozarks." The program, in celebration of the Kansas Sesquicentennial, will take place from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, April 17, in Special Collections, Ablah Library.

Brian Grubbs, project director, who is based at the Springfield-Greene County Library District in Missouri, will present the program. It will feature manuscripts contributed by Special Collections, including materials from the Isely Family Papers, John Wesley Park Papers and the Joseph Mason Papers.

Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
