* Applications are invited for two $4,000 stipends for faculty members to help deliver the newly revamped summer orientation program for incoming freshmen. Freshman orientation has been redesigned with the goal of increasing not just retention and graduation rates, but also learning, GPAs and satisfaction with the WSU experience. * The WSU Graduate School and the Regional Institute on Aging have announced the winners of the poster competition for funds to support a Graduate Research Assistant. * Camp WuShock, the exciting, family-friendly program sponsored by the Heskett Center for children ages 5-12, returns from 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Friday, April 22, and Monday, April 25.
