Allie Jones hasn't begun student teaching yet, but that doesn't mean she hasn't had any experience in the classroom. Jones has been gaining classroom experience for three consecutive semesters through the co-op program at Maize High School.

"I have developed many skills that are vital to a teacher, including the talent of grading a massive amount of student work quickly, efficiently and correctly," Jones said. "I have also been given many opportunities to write and teach my own lesson plans, which is experience that is absolutely vital when I think about student teaching next semester."
