'Invisible Children' screening to be held Friday, April 22

Faculty, staff and students are invited to a screening of "Invisible Children" at 12:35 p.m. Friday, April 22, in the Marcus Welcome Center. "Invisible Children" tells the story of an abducted child soldier, Tony, who fought in Africa's longest running war between Lord's Resistance Army and the government of Uganda.

This 45-minute video is not only informational, but is a call to action for the international community to make a stand for justice in the wake of genocide. It is an extremely powerful story and everyone is encouraged to attend.

At the conclusion of the video, information will be shared on how you can learn more should you be so inclined.

Feel free to bring your lunch and nourish your body while we nourish your heart and soul. To see a preview of the video, go to http://www.vimeo.com/16189889.
