A Veterans Upward Bound Financial Literacy workshop will cover personal spending plans, the economics of financial aid, and cost vs. benefit of college degrees, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 3; Wednesday, May 4; and Friday, May 6, in the Fairmount Towers Dining Room.
