* The last physics seminar of the semester will feature a presentation by John A. Jaszczak of Michigan Technological University, "Surprises in Natural Graphite Beauty from Defects," at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, May 4) in 128 Jabara Hall. Refreshments and discussion will follow.

* Enjoy a free organ concert featuring Lynne Davis at 5:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, May 4) in Wiedemann Recital Hall. The concert also will showcase the School of Music's string ensemble WSU Camerata and an appearance by Century II resident organist Jim Riggs.

* The baseball team will host the University of Kansas at 6:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, May 4) at Eck Stadium. Call 978-3267 for tickets.

* The School of Nursing is honoring Heather Baker, pediatric nurse practitioner, at a retirement reception from 3-5 p.m. Friday, May 6, with remarks at 4 p.m. in the Sudermann Room, Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring personal care items for women. The items will be presented to the Harbor House of Wichita in Heather's name.

* To share information about your program or services with new students, consider putting a flier in Orientation packets. The Office of Admissions is collecting information for folders issued during check-in at Orientation programs this summer and next spring. We will need 2,500 copies of your information by May 15.
