Veterans Upward Bound will host a financial literacy workshop covering a personal spending plan, the economics of financial aid and the cost versus benefit of college degrees from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, and Thursday, May 12, at the Hughes Metropolitan Complex.
