Last May, more than 700 Wichita State employees filled out the first annual Needs and Wants survey developed by the employee wellness committee. The second annual survey is voluntary, anonymous and confidential, and only takes about four minutes to complete. This data will drive the policy making, programming and publicity strategies of the employee wellness committee for 2011.
