A team consisting of Seth Bate and Teresa Strausz (Center for Community Support and Research), Ro Scudder, Julie Scherz and Peter Cohen (College of Health Professions), and Tim Link (Link Resource Group), recently conducted an 11-session program on "Implementing Change" for a coalition of local health care stakeholders. The program's purpose was to increase participants' capacity to make change "back home" by showcasing connections between adaptive leadership concepts and their work environment.
