Reminders

* Faculty and staff are invited to a come-and-go farewell reception for Laurie Spence at the Child Development Center from 4-5:30 p.m. today (Friday, May 27). Extend best wishes to Spence and enjoy some cake, tea and light refreshments.

* Wichita State University will again host the Kansas state high school track and field meet today (Friday, May 27) and Saturday, May 28, at Cessna Stadium. For more information, go to http://www.kshsaa.org/Public/Track/Main.cfm.

* All Wichita State University campuses will be closed on Monday, May 30, in observance of Memorial Day. Regular classes and activities will resume Tuesday, May 31.

* Improve your writing skills by taking "Basic Writing and Grammar Skills for Business" from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Thursday, June 2, in Woodman Alumni Center. The session is offered by the Center for Management Development. Lunch is provided. * Beginning Wednesday, June 1, the Office of Financial Operations will mail out parking hang tags and parking decals to all faculty and staff based on your 2010-2011 selection.
