WSU Dining is offering a culinary series this summer every Wednesday in the Copperfields Dining area in the RSC. For just $5.59, you can enjoy the first week's meal of herb barley salad lettuce wraps with asparagus spears. It's served with roasted red pepper coulis and watermelon salad with fresh basil and balsamic vinegar. This meal is available from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, June 8. Frequency cards are available.
