President Beggs has approved the following revision to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

For general updating and to better reflect current operations and provide additional guidance regarding international shipments made by/from the University.
Among the revisions, three new sections were inserted:
United States Postal Service/Federal Express/United Parcel Service
Shipping Billed to the University
International Shipping of Export-Controlled Items
