* The Office for Faculty Development and Student Success is hosting a webinar series about topics related to students' transition to the college environment. * The most popular content on KMUW's YouTube channel is the Currency Exchange videos, which are videos of local musicians and bands performing at the KMUW studio. The channel was created in August 2010. Go to http://www.youtube.com/user/kmuwfm89.

* The documentary "Roots and Branches: Preserving the Legacy of Gordon Parks" has earned a 2011 Bronze Telly Award for the Media Resources Center's Video Services. You can catch a clip on the WSU YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/WichitaStateTV.

* The Center for Management Development is offering a "Train the Trainer" seminar, designed to make trainers more effective at helping employees get the most out of the training they receive. The session is from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, in Woodman Alumni Center. Lunch is provided. If you register more than two weeks ahead of the class, you will have time to file for tuition assistance through Human Resources.
