Reminders

* The U.S. Postal Service is again accepting mail for Canada. Mail that was held in the Postal Service network was being released Tuesday, June 28, and transported to Canada in stages. Customers will experience some delays in service due to the large volume of mail that was being held. USPS is working closely with Canada Post to minimize these delays and return to normal service levels as quickly as possible.

* The Office for Faculty Development and Student Success is hosting a webinar series about topics related to students' transition to the college environment. The next is "The Importance of Peer Connections and Social Integration" from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, in 115A Neff Hall (Honors Seminar Room). Feel free to bring your lunch. * WSU Dining is offering a culinary series this summer every Wednesday in the Copperfields dining area in the RSC. This week's meal is grilled bratwurst with salad of fresh greens chiffonade, served with black eyed peas. The meal is available from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Wednesday, June 29) and is just $5.59.

* The Center for Management Development is offering a "Train the Trainer" seminar, designed to make trainers more effective at helping employees get the most out of the training they receive. The session is from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, in Woodman Alumni Center. Lunch is provided. If you register more than two weeks ahead of the class, you will have time to file for tuition assistance through Human Resources.
