* The Office for Faculty Development and Student Success is hosting a webinar series about topics related to students' transition to the college environment. The last one is "Understanding Students Who Are Active Military or Veterans" from 11:30-noon today (Thursday, July 7) in 115A Neff Hall (Honors Seminar Room). Feel free to bring your lunch. * Take time to unwind with Art For Your Ears from 7-9 p.m. today (Thursday, July 7) in the McKnight Outdoor Plaza, featuring bluegrass band Town Mountain. Complimentary refreshments will be served, and attendees are encouraged to peruse the museum galleries, which open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free.

* The Intensive English Language Center needs volunteers to be conversation leaders helping international students practice conversational English. This summer, the Wednesday sessions are 10 a.m.-noon and 2:15-4:15 p.m.

* The Center for Management Development is offering a "Train the Trainer" seminar, designed to make trainers more effective at helping employees get the most out of the training they receive from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, in Woodman Alumni Center.
