WSU Dining is offering a culinary series every Wednesday this summer in the Copperfields dining area in the RSC. This week's meal is Classic Caprese Salad, fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes and basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, and served with pesto angel hair and parmesan crostini.
