Chef Melinda Burrows is hosting a culinary lunch series over the summer at Copperfield's in the Rhatigan Student Center. This public event is held every Wednesday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., and features a different gourmet special each week for just $5.59. This week's meal will be citrus marinated game hens served with corn salsa and potato gallete. The series will continue through July 27.
