University Libraries to offer second summer workshop on citation searching

University Libraries is offering a number of summer workshops on citation searching for faculty preparing tenure, promotion and other documents. The second one will be from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, in 217 Ablah Library. To sign up for a workshop, contact Elaine Harvey at 978-5072 or Cathy Moore-Jansen at 978-5080.

Learn how to search for cited references to your own works using the Web of Science and other citation tools, and how to use the Journal Citation Reports to find a journal's impact factor.

In addition to July 19, workshops will be held from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 27; 3:30-4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8; 2:30-3:30 pm Tuesday, Aug. 16; and 3:30-4:30 pm Thursday, Aug. 25. All workshops will be held in 217 Ablah Library.
