Culinary Series with Chef Melinda continues

Chef Melinda Burrows is hosting a culinary lunch series over the summer at Copperfield's in the Rhatigan Student Center. This public event is held every Wednesday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and features a different gourmet special each week for just $5.59. This week's meal will be a stone fruit salad with plums, peaches and apricots with summer lettuces, sherry vinaigrette and orzo pasta. It is served with a crusty baguette.
