* The Center for Entrepreneurship at Wichita State University is offering a summer seminar designed for today's entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking to keep up with the latest technology shifts. * Acclaimed banjoist Bela Fleck is back with his original Flecktones for a new album and a tour that brings them to Wichita to perform. In advance of that appearance, KMUW 89.1 Wichita Public Radio will air a two-hour special featuring Bela Fleck in another context, with his Africa Project at 10 p.m. today (Thursday, July 21). http://www.kmuw.org

* College-bound high school students and their parents are invited to a free dinner, speaker and workshop from 6-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, at the Wichita Marriott, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive. The keynote speech, "Go to College without Going Broke," will be presented by Liz Weston, nationally syndicated personal finance columnist. An after dinner workshop will help students and parents construct a financial plan for college. Reservations are required by Friday, July 22.
