The Center for Management Development is offering "Managing and Improving Customer Service" from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, in Woodman Alumni Center. Lunch is provided. In this dynamic course, led by WSU's Don Hackett, leaders will learn how to take the latest customer service knowledge and develop skills to apply to their team, laying the groundwork for happy and satisfied customers.
