* Convocation's 12th Annual Flag Competition is seeking participants. Student organizations wishing to increase their visibility on campus are able to participate. Flags must be purchased in the RSC Activities Office, room 219, and be completed by Friday, Aug. 26. Groups may also submit photos from the past year for the closing slideshow. * University Libraries is offering a number of summer workshops on citation searching for faculty preparing tenure, promotion and other documents. * The Greater Wichita Area Sports Commission/USA Track and Field 5K Fun Run will be hosted on Wichita State's campus at 7 a.m. Sunday, July 31. The entry fee of $30 includes a T-shirt, post-race refreshments and an award. Registration will be limited to the first 500 entries received.
