Chef Melinda Burrows is hosting a culinary lunch series over the summer at Copperfield's in the Rhatigan Student Center. The final event of the summer will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, and features a gourmet lunch for just $5.59. This week's meal will be spice-rubbed salmon with wasabi sauce. It will be served with risotto and grilled beets.
