2011 High Touch scholar announced

High Touch formally announced WSU senior James Gerlach as the second recipient of the High Touch Scholarship at its headquarters in downtown Wichita on Friday, Aug. 5.

High Touch president, CEO and Shocker alumnus Wayne Chambers established the fund in 2010 to recognize employees who have graduated from WSU and been instrumental in the company's success, especially co-founders Dave Glover, vice president of software technology, and Mark Lenz, vice president of systems support.

The award is given to a student in the W. Frank Barton School of Business majoring in management information systems.

High Touch provides technology solutions to small and mid-size business clients in 50 states and six countries. Operations provided include software and hardware services, website development and IT systems management.
