Don't miss Family Fun Day from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Ulrich Museum. Calamity Jane hits the galleries, quilters show off their skills with needle and thread while your lil' cowboys and cowgirls try their hands at lassoing a steer. Afternoon fun also includes treats and make-it/take-it art projects inspired by photographs in the Ulrich exhibition "Terry Evans: Matfield Green Stories." Family Fun Day activities are free.
The day kicks off with the animated film "Tangled" at 11 a.m. at the Campus Activities Center Theater. Free for WSU students w/ID, $2 for WSU faculty/staff, $3 for general public, and 50 cents for kids 12 and under. It is sponsored by the Student Activities Council and Ulrich Museum.
