Policy addition on foreign gifts and contracts

President Beggs has approved the following addition to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:
13.16/Foreign Gifts and Contracts -- http://webs.wichita.edu/inaudit/ch13_16.htm
To set forth University policy with regard to the reporting of contracts with or gifts from a foreign source.
