The Geology Department will host Fred Schroeder, AAPG visiting geoscientist, in a brown bag talk from noon-1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12, in 101 Geology Building. Schroeder's talk is titled "Careers in the Energy Industry." Schroeder received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in marine geology in 1977, and worked at Exxon/ExxonMobil research for 32 years. All WSU students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
