Plan now to participate in the Michael Tilford Conference on Diversity and Multiculturalism Oct. 24-25 at Kansas State University. The conference theme is "Pathways to a Diverse and Inclusive Campus Climate." Conference participants need to book hotel accommodations soon, because the hotel blocks will expire Friday, Sept. 24. This conference is named in memory of the late Michael Tilford, who passed away on Nov. 6, 1996. Tilford was WSU's representative on the Regents Diversity and Multiculturalism Committee from its onset in 1994 until his death.
