Reminders

* AT&T telephone directories for Wichita and the vicinity are available for pick-up by faculty and staff in the hallway of the Jabara Hall basement near the elevators and room 027. CD-ROM directories also are available in the telecommunications office, 027 Jabara Hall, with a limit of two per department. Please recycle old telephone books in any recycle bin, such as the one located by the west dock outside Jabara Hall or north of the Printing Building as soon as possible. Do not leave old phone books in the basement of Jabara Hall.

* All faculty who are interested in discussions about research at WSU are invited to attend regular meetings of the University Research Council. * Plan now to participate in the Michael Tilford Conference on Diversity and Multiculturalism Oct. 24-25 at Kansas State. Conference participants need to book hotel accommodations, because the hotel blocks will expire Friday, Sept. 24. * Saddle up your horses and round up the little rascals, and come to the Fall Family Carnival from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, in the RSC courtyard. Trick roper William Read will show the tykes a few tricks. Traditional carnival activities will also be available. Nominal ticket prices apply.
