Faculty, staff and students are invited to enjoy Interfest, sponsored by WSU's International Student Union, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Geology Building patio, east of the RSC. Each semester, WSU students prepare and sell dishes from their native countries during lunchtime on the WSU campus. The festival provides a platform for intercultural sharing where the WSU community and visitors can try out diverse cuisine and learn about the origins and cultural significance of a particular dish. Interfest won the Center for Student Leadership's Cultural Event of the Year in 2010.
