* The WSU Classified Senate will host a Town Hall meeting for faculty and staff from 3:30-5 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 12) in 215/217 RSC. Krista Voth will discuss the Annual Fund Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign. Also, several important changes to benefits will be discussed in this year's Open Enrollment discussion hosted by Human Resources. Light refreshments will be served.
* The Fall Physics Seminar Series will feature Earth, Environment and Physics Sciences master's student Blake Cicenas presenting "Geoneutrinos" at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 12) in 128 Jabara Hall.
* Classroom teachers are invited to a teaching roundtable from 3-4:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 12) in 204 Clinton Hall. This audience-led, informal discussion is an opportunity to share ideas related to university-level teaching.
* The next speaker in the Fall Chemistry Colloquium series, professor Fusao Tagusagawa of the University of Kansas, will speak on "Structure and Function of Enzymes Involved in Prostaglandin E and F Synthesis" at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 12) in 224 McKinley Hall.
* You are invited to a performance by WSU's Lynne Davis and the great Marcussen organ at 5:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 12) in Wiedemann Recital Hall. Admission is free.
* Safe Zone Training from 3-5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, in 203 RSC, will provide you with up-to-date trends, resources and information to ensure a safe atmosphere for students and staff of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities on campus.
