WSU Center for Real Estate to release 2012 Kansas Housing Market Forecast
Stan Longhofer, director of the Center for Real Estate, will present the forecast. He will be available for interviews after his presentation at about 10:30 a.m. Other speakers at the conference will include Dan Jones with Capitol Federal Savings and Robert Denk with the National Association of Home Builders.
The 2012 Kansas Housing Market Forecast reviews current housing market conditions in major markets across the state " including Kansas City, Lawrence, Manhattan, Topeka and Wichita " and forecasts housing market activity through the end of 2012.
Advance copies of the report and interviews with the author will be made available to media outlets that agree to embargo the release of the study's information until 12:01 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14.
