Faculty and staff are invited to a memorial service in honor of Niall Shanks, the Curtis D. Gridley Distinguished Professor in the History and Philosophy of Science, at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in the CAC Theater. Shanks died July 13 following a lengthy illness. He was 52.
