The Center for Management Development will present "Root Cause Analysis" from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, in Woodman Alumni Center. Root Cause Analysis equips you with the tools to drill to the core of a problem, preventing Band-Aid fixes that don't solve the real problem. Lunch is provided. Any tuition assistance that may be available is handled through Human Resources and must be requested more than two weeks before the class.
