The parking lot adjacent to the Rhatigan Student Center (Lot 7 -- no permit required lot) will be closed to university staff and students from 7 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Nov. 8. More than 300 guests, including prospective students, are expected to attend the "Wendy's High School Heisman Luncheon" sponsored by the Journal Broadcast Group. WSU Policy 18.05 Reservation of University Parking Lots provides for special parking lot reservations requests.
