* The Admissions Brown Bag Lunch Series continues at 11:30 a.m. today (Thursday, Nov 17) in 429 Ahlberg Hall as an open forum for dialogue regarding recruitment and admissions specifically for new health professions majors. Mandy Ronen, admissions program coordinator, and Bobby Gandu, director of admissions, will present.
* The University Libraries and Department of English are hosting an event from 3-4 p.m. today (Thursday, Nov. 17) in the lower level of Ablah Library and will feature readings by five MFA student fiction writers from the Department of English's Creative Writing Program. * The World Trade Council of Wichita is sponsoring "Doing Business With South Africa" at 6 p.m. today (Thursday, Nov. 17) at the Wichita Marriott.
