The Center for Management Development will offer "Essential Skills for Effective Leaders" from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 6-7, in Woodman Alumni Center. Lunch is provided. This course, led by Distinguished Professor of Management Gerald Graham, offers proven and effective leadership techniques that are practical and useful. Emphasis will be on the role of leadership, decision-making and communication in coordinating a team that enthusiastically supports your vision and mission. Any tuition assistance that may be available is handled through Human Resources, and must be requested more than two weeks ahead of the class.
