* Important information for employees enrolled in WSU group health insurance (State Employee Health Plan): You have until July 31, 2012, to earn your health insurance premium discount (previously the non-tobacco user discount) for plan year 2013. * The WSU Unclassified Professionals Senate invites faculty and staff to help Stuff the Bus this holiday season to help those in need. Pickup locations are Ahlberg Hall, Fairmount Towers, Grace Wilkie, Jabara Hall, Heskett Center, Lindquist Hall, Marcus Welcome Center, Morrison Hall, MRC, NIAR, RSC, Woodman Alumni Center and Jardine Hall. A wish list of donated items is available at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1318. Please donate items by 8 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1. The bus will stop in front of Morrison Hall to pick up the donations at about 9 a.m.
* Student Activities Council is looking for artists who would like to display an installation piece in Shocker Square in the RSC for one week, starting March 5. Forms for installation are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, in 219 RSC. This is open to all individual students and student organizations. * The next meeting of the Pre-Tenure Club is from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, in 117 Neff Hall. The Pre-Tenure Club will also have an informal social gathering from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at Larry Bud's, a casual bar near the southeast corner of Woodlawn and 21st. All probationary faculty are welcome to both events.
* The WSU Weight Watchers group invites you to join. The group meets at the Heskett Center at noon on Tuesdays, and new members are welcome.
